Flat and Pillow memorials are available in one or two pieces. With pillow markers, the top piece, called the pillow, is generally 2-3″ higher at the back than the front. The pillow can have a flat or pillow top. With pillow top markers, the top resembles an open book, or two pillows side by side. The bottom is called the base, and extends out all 4 sides of the top.

Flat Markers may be set into the ground, flush with the surrounding lawn, or may be raised on a granite base. Flat Granite Markers and pillow top markers may be personalized with memorial symbols that remember and honor the life of your loved one.
